I saw her walking down Howe on my way to Arden Mall for some post holiday shopping and she caught my attention. Imagine my surprise when she walked into Forever 31 while I was wandering around that place waiting for my bff to get through the crazy long line. She is an exchange student from Korea, the dress is from H&M and the boots and sweater are from stores in Korea. She was so cute and trepedatious.
