i have a hat i&#039;ve totally been wanting to find a feather for actually, probably a couple or three baby pheasant feathers that i think i&#039;ll curl with an iron...
i&#039;m liking the pattern on the band on her hat as well...

and is it electric blue? or is it more cobalt?
i think it&#039;s just a very pure blue blue...
