On The Street – Capitol Mall

I drove past her walking down 7th Street on my way to work, and I just knew I had to park illegally and run her down on foot. She has a black long sleeve shirt under the gray shift dress, and the black frilly swing coat is so feminine and fun. The cat-eye sunglasses fit her style to a T.
On a side note this picture and the barely visable Capitol building in the background make me realize I need a new camera (mine is a seven year old point & shoot) and some photog lessons.

Awesome. It’ so such a dark outfit and I love it! Kind of reminds me of Stevie Nicks, who will rock ‘n roll forevahh and eva. The patterned tights avec boots are hella tight – now i want some too. Good lookin out Tosca. So worth the illegal u-turn, yes?!!
Heck yah Jenn! She was adorable – I just wish our beautiful Capitol in the background was more visable. A new camera is necessary!
