20th & I

Okay men of Sacramento, if this kid (I believe he is 17) can look this sharp I challenge you to step it up a notch - or two for that matter. I am a fan of pairing nice pieces with casual ones, as in this case with the sweater vest and dress shirt worn with cargo shorts and sandals.
