I am not usually a fan of tights like this but its the perfect addition to dress-down this dress. Matched with a structured belt and flats its a flawless fit for a summer night in the park.

Simple style topped off with a bright blue hat and multi-colored clutch. The neckline brings attention to her collarbone and broad shoulders. Her perfect smile doesn’t hurt either.
