The Sactorialist

This blog is inspired by all of the creatively stylish and fashionably chic individuals I spy on the streets of California’s capitol.

I was born and raised in a real cow town in Northern California where I had a neighbor who wore only overalls – dressing up was putting a shirt on underneath the overalls. Fast forward my reality to the present where I am married to an Italian man with more style than me, who has opened my eyes to the amazing aesthetics of European fashion. I have always paid great attention to others’ fashion choices and believe personal style is a powerful tool. 

I love to pound the Sacramento pavement in search of the best bargains and coolest finds in the name of fashion and will share some of my favorite local haunts here. I thrive on a good bargain but can also appreciate the workmanship and timelessness of an expensive piece.
